Agreement to These Terms

By submitting a sign-up form or using the services of ISEE Prep Pro ("we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the student, or that you have authority to enroll them, and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our Services

ISEE Prep Pro provides private one-on-one online tutoring, diagnostic assessments, personalized score reports, preparation plans, and test-taking strategy for the Lower, Middle, and Upper Level ISEE.

Sessions are delivered online at times arranged with your tutor and our team.

Sign-Up and Billing

Submitting a form on this website is a request to enroll, not a completed purchase. No payment is collected on this site.

After you submit, we call you to confirm, complete a short intake, and arrange the billing and details. Your enrollment is confirmed once we have spoken with you and you have approved the package and the payment arrangements.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Session scheduling, rescheduling, and any cancellation terms are explained to you during your intake call and confirmed before billing begins.

No Guarantee of Results

We provide expert instruction and structured preparation. Test results depend on many factors, including your child's starting point and effort, so we do not guarantee any particular score, percentile, or admission outcome.

Lesson Materials

Our lessons, practice questions, diagnostics, and score reports are provided for the enrolled student's personal use. They may not be copied, shared, or resold.

Children's Information

We collect limited information about your child in order to tutor them. How we handle that information is explained in our Child Data Privacy Statement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the package in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site and our services.
