Child Data Privacy Statement

Who This Statement Is For

This statement explains how ISEE Prep Pro handles the personal information of students under 18, including children under 13, when a parent or guardian signs them up for tutoring or a free consultation.

What We Collect

From you, the parent or guardian: your name, email address, and phone number.

About your child: their first name, current grade, approximate ISEE test date, and how ready you feel they are for the test. During tutoring and diagnostics we also record their practice and test results so we can measure progress.

We do not ask children to enter personal information on this site, and we only collect what we need to teach and to reach you.

Why We Collect It

To call you back, confirm your package, complete an intake, and arrange billing; to match your child with the right tutor; to prepare lessons and a personalized plan; and to track progress through the program.

Parental Consent

We only collect information about a child after a parent or guardian submits one of our forms and ticks the consent box confirming they agree to these terms and this statement.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop collecting further information and delete what we hold, except where we are required to keep a record by law.

How We Store and Protect It

Your submissions are stored in our secure database and are visible only to the ISEE Prep Pro team who work with your family.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

No Advertising to Children

We do not serve advertising to students, and we do not use your child's information for targeted advertising or profiling.

How Long We Keep It

We keep sign-up and tutoring records while your child is working with us and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your child's information at any time. Contact us using the phone number or email address you provided when you signed up and we will act on your request.
